What to bring to a longevity consult

A better consult starts before the appointment. The goal is to give the doctor enough context to make a careful judgement.

lifelongpep is pre-launch, but this checklist explains the kind of information that can make a future consult more useful.

Bring your goals

Write down what you want to improve: energy, recovery, sleep, body composition, training output, metabolic markers, inflammation, or another specific concern.

Bring medical context

Bring wearable context

If you use Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Amazfit, or Apple Watch, bring a few weeks of context rather than a single screenshot: sleep, recovery, HRV, training load, resting heart rate, and adherence patterns.

Bring questions

Ask what the evidence supports, what the risks are, what would count as success, and when you should stop or reassess.
