Metabolic longevity. Doctor-gated.

lifelongpep is being built for India as a doctor-gated platform for GLP-1 readiness, metabolic health consults, muscle-loss prevention, recovery, supplements, and wearable-based protocol tracking.

Pre-launch waitlist. Drop your email and we'll tell you when consult booking opens. No medical advice, prescriptions, or payments happen through this page.

Built for the people who need clarity first.

The waitlist helps us separate consult demand, education, provider onboarding, and recovery partnerships before launch.

Two ways into the same workflow.

Humans can join the waitlist directly. Agents will be able to use the planned lifelongpep MCP, CLI, or API to prepare a consult, talk to the AI layer, and book doctor consultations once booking opens.

Human

Join the consult waitlist.

Use the form if you want early access to GLP-1 readiness and metabolic longevity consults when booking opens.

No medical advice, prescriptions, or payments happen through this form.

Agent

Use MCP, CLI, or API.

Agent access is planned for assistants, automations, and care-navigation workflows that need a structured way to interact with lifelongpep.

  • Prepare a consult. Collect user goals, history, metabolic context, and readiness questions before a doctor visit.
  • Consult with AI. Use the planned AI layer for education, intake preparation, and next-step guidance, not diagnosis.
  • Book doctor consultations. Request appointment options once the provider network and booking workflow are live.

One platform, three moves.

Screen, plan, track. The plan is a safer, clearer metabolic longevity flow — without forcing people to piece together doctors, suppliers, recovery studios, and wearable notes on their own.

01.

Consult.

Join the waitlist for time with a doctor who works in metabolic health and longevity — GLP-1 readiness, bloodwork, body composition, sleep, stress — as the provider network comes online.

02.

Build the plan.

Review eligibility, contraindications, labs, medication history, protein and resistance training, and what happens if prescription therapy is not appropriate. No prescription is guaranteed.

03.

Track on your wearable.

We use the openwearables.io API to log planned protocol, sauna, ice bath and other recovery data into your Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Amazfit, or Apple Watch journal. Wearable data stays with you. (None of these are medical devices.)

Four steps, start to finish.

Join the waitlist, get launch updates, book when consults open, then use the platform flow if a doctor recommends a protocol.

01.

Join the waitlist.

Tell us you want early access. We'll use the list to prioritize consult demand, provider onboarding, and launch communication.

02.

Book when it opens.

When consult booking opens, choose an available doctor and slot. Bring your goals, bloodwork, and wearable history if you have them.

03.

Receive what's prescribed.

If prescription therapy is clinically appropriate after launch, fulfillment would happen through licensed partners against a valid prescription. Pricing is shown before purchase.

04.

Track on your wearable.

Connect Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Amazfit, or Apple Watch. Planned dosing and recovery days can log to your wearable's journal via openwearables.io. Share with your doctor at follow-up if you want to.

The longevity stack, built out.

GLP-1 readiness is the first clinical lane because metabolic health is where demand, evidence, risk review, and follow-up discipline meet. The platform is built so the same flow can later handle recovery experiences, supplements, and other supervised longevity protocols.

  1. Pre-launch

    Consult waitlist

Collect early demand, onboard doctors and licensed fulfillment partners, and prepare the booking workflow before payments open.

  2. Next

    Recovery bookings

Book sauna, steam, salt baths, cold plunge, and red light therapy sessions. Time-slotted, paid in one place, and logged to your wearable.

  3. After that

    Supplements

Curated stack — magnesium, omega-3, NAD+ precursors, creatine — sourced, quality-checked, and easy for doctors to recommend when appropriate.

One platform: metabolic longevity waitlist is open; GLP-1 readiness is first; recovery and supplements are after that. Each one logs to your health tracker (Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Amazfit, Apple Watch) via openwearables.io.

Use the wearable you already own.

We connect through openwearables.io — an open-source, unified health-data API — so your protocol, sauna, and recovery sessions can log to whichever wearable you already wear. No new device. No data lock-in.

One API, every wearable.

openwearables.io is the unified health-data layer we read from and write to. Same shape of data, regardless of which device you wear. The integration is open-source and auditable; the codebase is on GitHub. Your wearable data stays on your device and inside your wearable's own account — we orchestrate the log, not the storage.

  • Open-source bridge. openwearables.io is published under an open licence. You can audit how the log is written.
  • Unified data model. HRV, sleep, recovery, activity, workouts — one shape across providers.
  • No new device. Bring whichever wearable you already own. Switch later without losing history.
  • Your data stays with you. Sessions log to your wearable's own journal. We don't aggregate across users.
  • Garmin HRV · sleep · workouts · body battery
  • Whoop recovery score · strain · sleep
  • Oura readiness · sleep stages · HRV
  • Amazfit activity · sleep · stress
  • Apple Watch all of the above · via Apple Health

Two charges. Both shown before you pay.

The consult is a flat fee. If any prescription therapy is clinically appropriate after launch, partner pricing and platform fees should be visible before purchase. We are designing pricing to be explicit, not hidden inside vague markups.

The five answers before you ask.

Is this legal?

lifelongpep is being built as a booking and orchestration layer, not as a pharmacy. The planned model is doctor-gated: doctors prescribe independently, and any prescription fulfillment would happen through appropriately licensed partners against a valid prescription.

Does this guarantee a GLP-1 prescription?

No. The planned consult is for medical judgement, readiness, and risk review. Sometimes the answer may be lifestyle changes, further testing, another intervention, or no prescription at all.

How does the wearable integration work?

We use the openwearables.io API to log planned protocol activity — and, when we add them, your sauna, ice bath, salt bath, cold plunge, and red light therapy sessions — into your Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Amazfit, or Apple Watch journal, the same way you would log a workout or a meal. The wearable data itself stays on your device and your wearable account. None of these are medical devices; this is a personal-tracking convenience, not a clinical input. Your doctor can ask you to share specific data at follow-up if they want to.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Booking is not open yet, so no consult payments are being collected on this site. Cancellation, refund, and purchase terms will be posted before paid consult booking launches.

What about the broader stack — sauna, supplements?

The planned rollout starts with the waitlist and provider network for metabolic longevity and GLP-1 readiness, then recovery bookings and supplements. The same flow is intended to handle consult, purchase or booking, and wearable tracking.

One inbox, monitored end-to-end.

A question about the waitlist, doctor onboarding, press, or a partnership — the same address handles all of it.
